Cancellations
Not accepted after closing date. Canceled frequency contracts are pro-rated and billed accordingly.
Payment Options
Advertising: All advertising must be paid in full by Closing/Material due date of the issue concerned, unless other payment arrangements have been agreed upon by the publisher. Advertiser will be charged an additional 1% fee if full payment is not received by the agreed upon date stated on the Insertion Order and/or Billing Invoice, plus an additional 1% each 30 days the payment is late. Payments can be made to PET COUNTRY Magazine by cheque or money order, or online credit card via PayPal.
Bulk-Subscription: Payment for delivery of quarterly Bulk-Subscription magazines must be received and paid in full within 30 days of dated invoice. Bulk-Subscriber will be charged an additional 1% fee if full payment is not received by the agreed upon date stated on the Insertion Order and/or Billing Invoice, plus an additional 1% each 30 days the payment is late. Payments can be made to PET COUNTRY Magazine by cheque or money order, or online credit card via PayPal.
Single Subscription: Full Payment for single subscription purchase must be received prior to start and delivery of subscription. Payments can be made to PET COUNTRY Magazine by cheque or money order, or online credit card via PayPal.
Return Cheque: All cheques that are returned (NSF) will be charged $35.00.
Refunds
All refunds will be paid in full including applicable taxes, minus a $5.00 processing fee.
Ad Changes
Any advertising material that requires changes will be subject to a fee charged to the client. Special placement for ads cannot be guaranteed.
Copy Approval
All advertisements must be acceptable in content and design at the publisher’s discretion.
Editorial Policy
All editorial is completely independent from advertising. No special editorial consideration or comment of any kind can form any part of the sales agreement.
Production Charges
Expenses incurred as a result of the client’s failure to conform to mechanical specifications will be charged to the client and will be payable prior to placement.
Late Copy
Late material is subject to a late fee unless the publisher receives due notice and agrees to an extension. Otherwise, no late material will be accepted.
Advertising Policies
At the discretion of the publisher, Pet Country Magazine will not endorse; i.) the sale of companion animals*. ii.) advertise breeders of companion animals*. iii.) any pet related products or services that will bring harm to any animal. Pet Country Magazine has the right to refuse any advertiser.
* Pet Country Magazine considers a companion animal: dog(s)/puppy(s) and/or cat(s)/kitten(s).
General Policies
The publisher reserves the right to increase the advertising rates for any issue. Advertisers and their agents assume complete liability for all content (including text, representation and/or any illustration) of the advertisement and all responsibility for any claims arising from them. The publisher is not responsible for any claims made in any of the advertising. All material published in Pet Country Magazine is the sole possession of Pet Country Magazine and cannot be duplicated in any way without written permission from the publisher. ALL content such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations included on this site is the property of Pet Country Magazine and is protected by Canadian and International copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, broadcast; use or sale of any and/or all portions of this Web Site is strictly prohibited. The publisher reserves all rights to all materials published.
